Upcycled small "Oui" yogurt jar, painted with both cherry red and poppy red holding *Sola wood flower arrangement. Flowers are raw wood, dyed white with hand-painted red details.
The flowers are secured in floral foam.
The jar is about 3 1/4 inches high, with flowers the arrangement measures 5 3/4 inches
Instructions for cleaning and caring for the flowers are included.
*Sola wood comes from a tapioca plant root called Cassava (a.k.a. manioc, arrowroot, yucca). This woody shrub can be dried down to a powder to create tapioca. Since Cassava is native to tropical climates, it is extremely drought resistant. Sola wood flowers are sustainable and naturally recyclable, the dyes are natural, the white and skin flowers are actual soft wood. Some natural wood flowers often have small rips or tears or natural spots in the wood. Please view photos - these bouquets look beautiful and any natural tears are not obvious.
(CeCe says, "I use my canning jars for canning! Everyone should UPCYCLE the jars you won't use again. Yankee Candle jars should be repurposed, not thrown away. Fill them with flowers! ")
If you see more than one item you like, we will package them together and if there is a savings in shipping we will refund that to you.

A note about our authentication and correctness of descriptions:
We have exercised reasonable effort to describe each item we sell, correctly and accurately. Unless otherwise noted there is no official authentication of our items, authentication comes with a fee, and will mean additional costs. Most of our items that are certified authentic are done so via consignment sales, usually specialized auction companies. We take as many photos as we can to show details of our items, and do our best to describe any flaws.
We know many of our items from estate clearances are "loved," have been used, and will show signs of wear and or storage.
-----
We are a woman owned, women run business. We have expanded by adding artisan work to our estate sales.
We started here on Etsy during the pandemic, when we couldn't sell in person. We have decided to continue this store to take advantage of the opportunity to match items with people world-wide. Although larger items and most clothing are sold locally, we enjoy selling on Etsy because we love this community.
Estate Sales History:
We've been working in many aspects of estate sales for 20 yrs now. It amazes us how much some who clear estates, throw away. That means many missed opportunities! Estate sales, to us, is the ultimate form of recycling or upcycling.
There's always someone who will match with an item, it's just a matter of making the effort to find the right person and make that match.
We appreciate your interest and business. There are always items waiting to be listed.
Artisan History:
Many of the women we've worked with over the years are talented artists. Now, the owner of the company has created a space in the workshop for women to work and some of those items are sold here. Most recently, we've done a lot as a team with Sola wood flowers, integrating vintage vases and vessels, hand carved boxes with these beautiful flowers. We' also do events with these flowers and create extras to sell here.
